When concluding a contract to carry out the tasks of a chemical consultant, we will prepare documentation for you free of charge, and we will provide you with permission to perform the activities of production, transport, storage and use with dangerous chemicals.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 know the legislation, advise you and warn you about requirements and obligations under this Act and other laws and regulations governing the production and storage of chemicals and their circulation,
\n\u2022 represent your business in administrative matters in procedures with the body responsible for chemicals.
\n\u2022 cooperate with chemical consultants of other legal and natural persons who produce, store or place hazardous chemicals on the market.<\/p>\n

Regulation (EC) No. 1272 of 16 December 2008 on Classification, Labeling and Packaging of substances and mixtures (briefly the CLP Regulation) prescribes a new method for the classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures.
\nIn the area of classification, packaging and labeling of hazardous chemicals, the EU members began to apply the globally harmonized classification and labeling system for hazardous chemicals - the GHS (Globally Harmonized System). The GHS was introduced in two phases: on 1 December 2010, it entered into force for the substances and on 1 June 2015 for mixtures, but in the meantime there was a two-year transitional period for achieving compliance.
\nThis means that as of 1 June 2017, all hazardous chemicals should be labeled with new pictograms in the form of a red turquoise with a white background. All products that are marked by old ones with orange rectangular tags must be withdrawn from the sale and re-marked.
\nIt is also necessary to amend any old safety data sheets and align them with the CLP Regulation.<\/p>\n
